Xingtai Xinda Filters Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. It is a large-scale manufacturer which specialized in automobile filters. Our main products are"Ahlstrom"gas filter, air filters and oil filters with top quality and special package made for various types of automobile. At present, our company is one of the forerunners among the companies in the same line in technical equipments, producing scale, level of automatic manufacture, quality and sales of the products. Our company adopts advanced technology, producing air filters, fuel filters, oil filters and cabin filters from high quality filter material with a whole set of producing line.
Our products applies to heavyduty automobiles, light automobiles, miniautos, cars and automobiles for specific purpose. Our company takes control over the raw material purchasing, producing and sale under the guidance of ISO9002 system.
It has a total building of over 5, 000 square meters, include a workshop of 2, 000 square metres, two warehouses of 500 square metres each. Its producing equipment include a set of large scale compound winding and cutting machine, twenty-five sets of paper binder, 6 sets of automatic producing line of binding and corrugating machine, two sets of PU producing lines. Its staff includes more than 100 mebers and 30 professionals, among which there are 15 engineering professionals. It has an ability to produce more than 50000 autofilters.
Our company is able to produce filter for the no. 1 auto-Volkswagen, Shanghai-Volkswagen, Korean types of automobnile and Japanese types and various types of Chinese make. It is producing air filter for the no. 1 auto-Volkswagen. Some of its products have been exported to southeast Asia, the Mid-east and African countries. Our products have been greatly favored by the customers in the filter industry and market in the occident, the southeast Asia, and region in HongKong and Taiwan.
